Test Background
Civilian light and small UAVs refer to UAV systems (including aircraft and ground stations) with a take-off weight between 0.25kg and 150kg. The high temperature test of light and small UAVs can determine the ability of civilian light and small UAV systems to withstand high temperature environments.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various civilian light and small UAV systems, and provides professional high-temperature testing services for light and small UAVs.

Test method
1. High temperature storage test:
Determine the high-temperature storage test temperature according to relevant documents. If the relevant documents do not stipulate the high-temperature storage test temperature, the recommended high-temperature storage temperature is 70°C. The duration of the high-temperature storage test is 3 hours after the temperature of the equipment under test reaches a stable temperature, and the temperature change rate is not greater than 3°C/min.
2. High temperature working test:
Determine the high-temperature storage test temperature according to relevant documents. If the relevant documents do not stipulate the high-temperature storage test temperature, it is recommended that the high-temperature operating temperature of the outer cabin part of the aircraft and ground station is 55°C, and the high-temperature operating temperature of the cabin part of the ground station is 40°C. The duration of the high-temperature working test is that the equipment under test reaches a stable temperature and continues to be maintained for 2 hours, and then works for at least 2 hours (or the longest continuous working time specified in the equipment performance standards). The temperature change rate is not greater than 3°C/min.
