Light and small UAV environmental testing-Reliability Testing-

Test Background

Civilian light and small UAVs refer to UAV systems (including aircraft and ground stations) with a take-off weight between 0.25kg and 150kg. The environmental test of light and small UAVs can be determined.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various civilian light and small UAV systems, and provides professional environmental testing services for light and small UAVs.

Test method

If it is required to obtain the cumulative effect of different tests on the equipment under test or to conduct multiple tests with one piece of equipment under test, the test sequence should be arranged according to the following principles:
a) High and low temperature tests are usually carried out early in the sequence, and temperature and altitude tests are usually carried out after high and low temperature tests;
b) Waterproofness test - generally conducted after the high and low temperature, temperature and altitude tests, and before the heat and humidity test;
c) The impact test is generally conducted after the vibration test to assess the impact resistance of the equipment after experiencing a vibration environment;
d) The damp heat test should be carried out after the temperature, vibration and impact tests to assess whether the moisture-proof design and materials of the equipment lose their effectiveness after the temperature, vibration and impact tests;
e) The three tests should be conducted in the order of damp heat, salt spray, and sand and dust.
