Test Background
The main test purpose of the automotive safety glass climate simulation test is to determine whether the safety glass can withstand a certain period of radiation, high temperature, supermarket, combustion and daily climate environment, to assess the performance changes of automotive safety glass caused by different temperature and humidity conditions, and to identify its ability to withstand climate tests, etc.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the capability of reliability performance testing of various automotive components and provides professional climate simulation testing services for automotive safety glass.
Scope of tests
There are three main types of common automotive glass on the market: tempered glass, laminated tempered glass and laminated area tempered glass.
Test method
Radiation resistance test: In order to determine whether the safety glass will show obvious discoloration or reduction in transmittance after being irradiated for a certain period of time.
Heat resistance test: Evaluate whether the appearance quality of safety glass changes after it is subjected to high temperature for a certain period of time.
Moisture resistance test: To determine whether the safety glass can withstand the effects of atmospheric moisture for a certain period of time.
Burning resistance test: Determine the state of safety glass under the action of a small flame.
Simulated climate resistance test: Determine whether safety glass products made of plastic on at least one side can withstand exposure to simulated climate conditions.
Test standard:
