Test Background
Rubber and plastic hose static UV resistance test can determine the static UV resistance of rubber and plastic hoses.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the capability to test the reliability performance of various rubber and plastic hoses, and provides professional static ultraviolet resistance performance testing services for rubber and plastic hoses.
Scope of tests
According to the purpose, it is mainly divided into: threading hose, drainage hose, ventilation hose, shower hose, and wiring harness tube.
According to the material, it is mainly divided into: corrugated hose, rubber hose, and plastic hose.
Test method
Method 1: For hoses with an inner diameter of 25 mm and below, the test is performed on the hose itself.
Method 2: For hoses with an inner diameter greater than 25 mm, the test is conducted with specimens cut from the hose wall.
Method 3: For hoses with an inner diameter greater than 25 mm, the test is conducted on specimens cut from the outer covering of the hose.
Generally, method 1 or method 2 should be used. Use Method 3 only if it is not possible to test using Method 2.
