Test Background
The vulcanized rubber fluorescent UV lamp aging test is an artificial climate aging test method that uses a fluorescent UV lamp and a condensation device to simulate aging factors such as solar ultraviolet light, temperature, and condensation water in the natural climate. It can determine the weather resistance test of vulcanized rubber exposed under alternating conditions of ultraviolet light and condensation.

Scope of tests
In terms of its vulcanization method, vulcanized rubber can be roughly divided into:
1) Flat vulcanizing machine vulcanization: flat tapes such as conveyor belts and transmission belts;
2) Vulcanizing tank vulcanization: rubber hoses, rubber rollers, rubber shoes, air bags, rubber strips, tapes, roller coatings, pipe linings, cables, etc.;
3) Continuous vulcanization: sealing strips, pure rubber hoses, wires and cables, etc.
Test method
The vulcanized rubber is exposed to aging factors such as ultraviolet light, temperature and condensation, and the changes in the performance of the sample are detected according to the specified time to evaluate the weather resistance of the vulcanized rubber.
