Test Background
Military equipment is a special product with high quality requirements. To ensure quality, environmental testing is very important for military products. During the entire life cycle of military products, they must go through transportation, storage and use. Therefore, environmental factors closely related to them must be considered. For example, when products are in the transportation state, they are often subject to mechanical forces such as severe vibration and impact; in the storage state, they are often subject to severe climatic and biological environmental factors such as high and low temperatures, humidity, solar radiation, salt spray, and mold; in the working state, they are more susceptible to the individual or combined effects of environmental factors such as temperature, low air pressure, and vibration.
Products often suffer structural and material damage, functional dysfunction, and performance degradation under the individual or combined effects of the above environmental factors. They cannot function normally and even pose a threat to personnel safety. In short, environmental adaptability is an important quality characteristic of military equipment, which is related to the survivability and combat effectiveness of weapons and equipment under battlefield environmental conditions. Military equipment environmental testing can determine the environmental adaptability of various military equipment.
Zhongke Testing and Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various military equipment, and provides professional environmental testing services such as low pressure testing, high temperature testing, low temperature testing, temperature shock testing, and rain testing for military equipment.
