Test Background
The car audio system is the collective name for radios and cassette players. It is now derived from the audio equipment on the car, including radios (FM, AM), tape players, CDs, MP3s, etc. Car audio system environmental testing can simulate the extreme environments that may occur during product transportation and use to evaluate its adaptability under actual use, storage, and transportation environmental conditions.

Scope of tests
car radio and receiver, that is, a car audio system, includes 5 parts: antenna, receiving device, speaker correction, audible frequency amplifier and speaker system.
Test method
The environmental test of automobile radio and radio includes climatic test and mechanical test. The climatic test should be carried out on the same sample first, and then the mechanical test should be carried out.
Climate test sequence: high temperature load test → high temperature storage test → constant humidity and heat test → low temperature load test → low temperature storage test → temperature change test
Mechanical test sequence: Sweep vibration (sinusoidal) test→Crash test→Free drop test
