Test Background
The environmental durability test of mobile mechanical and electronic equipment can simulate specific environmental conditions to determine its service life under specified use and maintenance conditions, minimizing the risks of warranty, recall, loss compensation and other risks caused by design defects.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center is equipped with durability tests of various mobile mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment against environmental conditions, and provides professional environmental durability test services for agricultural machinery, forestry machinery, and gardening machinery.
Scope of tests
Machinery type: gardening machinery, harvesting/farming machinery, forestry machinery, tractors and attachments
Location of electrical and electronic equipment on machinery: weatherproof location (e.g. in the cab), weatherproof location, in the engine room, in or near the engine or transmission
Test method
Climatic environment test: low temperature and dry heat test, temperature mutation test, constant damp heat test, alternating damp heat test, corrosive gas test, solar radiation (ultraviolet) test
Mechanical environment test: particle impact test, mechanical impact test, random vibration test, sinusoidal (resonance) test
Other environmental tests: air pressure (altitude) test, enclosure protection level (IP code) test, chemical brush or spray test
