Aluminum and aluminum alloy anodized films and organic polymer films are mainly used for the protection and decoration of aluminum and aluminum alloy surfaces, and are widely used in many fields such as transportation, construction, furniture, home appliances, decoration, food packaging, mechanical parts and functional materials. The salt spray test of aluminum and aluminum alloy anodized films can evaluate the salt spray corrosion resistance of anodized films and organic polymer films.

Through compressed air, various test solutions containing sodium chloride as the main component are atomized through the spray device and then naturally settle to the surface of the sample. After a continuous single spray process or a cyclic spray process under certain temperature and humidity conditions, the surface of the sample will be corroded.
Based on the corrosion conditions of the samples after the following tests, evaluate the salt spray corrosion resistance of the product in different corrosive environments.
