Test Background

The light and heat resistance test of aluminum and aluminum alloy anodized films can be based on the natural exposure test, accelerated weather resistance test, and heat resistance test to determine the light and heat resistance of aluminum and aluminum alloy anodized films and organic polymer films.
Zhongke Testing and Reliability Experiment Center has the capabilities of environmental testing and reliability performance testing of various aluminum and aluminum alloy anodized films, and provides professional light and heat resistance testing services for aluminum and aluminum alloy anodized films.

Test method

When products are affected by solar radiation, thermal radiation, water erosion, etc., aging phenomena such as discoloration, loss of gloss, powdering, corrosion, and cracking will occur.
In order to determine the effects of light, heat and water on the performance of the product film, conduct natural exposure tests according to the following methods, or conduct accelerated weather resistance tests and heat resistance tests under controlled laboratory environmental conditions.
Based on the aging of the sample after the test, the light and heat resistance performance of the product in different environments is evaluated.
