Test Background
The xerographic dry toner working environment test can test the working environment adaptability test of the dry toner used in electrostatic imaging black and white copiers and multifunctional machines.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the ability to conduct environmental testing and reliability performance testing of various electrostatic copying dry toners, and provides professional working environment testing services for electrostatic copying dry toners.
Test method
1. Toner working environment test conditions are divided into four categories: low temperature and low humidity, low temperature and high humidity, high temperature and low humidity, and high temperature and high humidity.
2. Normally, the low temperature and low humidity test is carried out first, and then the high temperature and high humidity test is carried out. The two tests should be conducted 12 hours apart. Unless otherwise specified in its relevant technical standards.
3. The copies taken during the condition test should be tested according to regulations. The test items include fixing firmness, density, background dust, resolution, gradation, printing abnormalities, etc. All prints should meet the requirements of relevant standards. Or conduct testing and judgment according to relevant standards.
