Fireworks and Firecrackers Temperature and Humidity Cycle Test

Fireworks and Firecrackers Temperature and Humidity Cycle Test-Reliability Testing-

Test Background

Fireworks and firecrackers are prone to generate static electricity in high-temperature environments, causing fires and explosions; in high-humidity environments, because the containers of fireworks and firecrackers are mostly made of paper, high humidity causes the paper to be damp, the medicine to be damp, and the launch paper tube to be weak.
The temperature and humidity cycle test of fireworks and firecrackers uses an accelerated method to determine the suitability of imported and exported fireworks and firecrackers products for use and storage under high temperature, high humidity and low temperature degradation conditions.
Zhongke Testing and Reliability Experiment Center has the capabilities of environmental testing and reliability performance testing of various fireworks and firecrackers, and provides professional temperature and humidity cycle testing services for fireworks and firecrackers.

Scope of tests

Fireworks and firecracker products such as firecrackers, spray flowers, rotating types, lift-off types, spitting beads, toys, fireworks, stand fireworks, combination fireworks, etc.

Test method

1. Keep the sample at room temperature for 2 hours.
2. Place the sample into a low-temperature constant temperature test chamber with a temperature of -50°C and keep it for 6 hours.
3. Take out the sample from the low-temperature incubator and keep it at room temperature for 2 hours.
4. Place the sample into a constant temperature and humidity box with a temperature of 75°C and a relative humidity of 93%, keep it for 16 hours, then take out the sample and store it at room temperature.
5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 above 3 times.
6. Keep the sample at room temperature for 2 hours.
7. Place the sample into a low-temperature constant temperature test chamber with a temperature of -50°C and keep it for 48 hours.
8. Take out the sample from the cryogenic box and keep it at room temperature for 2 hours.
9. Place the sample into a constant temperature and humidity box with a temperature of 75°C and a relative humidity of 93%, keep it for 16 hours, then take out the sample and store it at room temperature.
10. Repeat steps 6 to 9 above 3 times.
11. Keep the sample at room temperature for 2 hours.
0 12. Place the sample into a low-temperature constant temperature test box with a temperature of -50°C and keep it for 6 hours.
1 13. Take out the sample from the low temperature thermostat and keep it at room temperature for 2 hours.
2 14. Place the sample into a constant temperature and humidity chamber with a temperature of 75°C and a relative humidity of 93%, and keep it for 48 hours.
