Test Background
The main causes of fireworks and firecracker accidents are that the key indicators of chemical raw materials used in fireworks and firecrackers fail to meet standard requirements, the safety performance of fireworks and firecracker products does not meet standards, and the composition and proportion of pyrotechnic agents are unreasonable, resulting in increased sensitivity to external factors such as impact, friction, static electricity, and flame, and reduced stability in humid and hot environments.
The constant humidity and heat test of fireworks and firecrackers can determine the suitability of products for use and storage under constant humidity and heat conditions. Zhongke Testing and Reliability Experiment Center has the capabilities of environmental testing and reliability performance testing of various fireworks and firecrackers, and provides professional constant humidity and heat testing services for fireworks and firecrackers.
Scope of tests
Fireworks and firecracker products such as firecrackers, spray flowers, rotating types, lift-off types, spitting beads, toys, fireworks, stand fireworks, combination fireworks, etc.
Test method
1. Keep the sample to be tested at room temperature for 2 hours.
2. Place the sample into the temperature/humidity test chamber, and set the temperature in the test chamber to 75°C without humidification.
3. After the temperature in the test chamber rises to 75°C and stabilizes, set the relative humidity of the test chamber to 93% and humidify the sample. After the temperature and relative humidity in the test chamber reach the specified value and stabilize, start calculating the test duration. The test duration is 48 hours.
