Artificial light source irradiation test of building materials-Reliability Testing-

Test Background

The artificial light source irradiation test of building materials can evaluate the performance changes during use, storage and transportation of building materials and building components used in cold, cold, dry and hot areas of my country, under conditions of alternating solar radiation and freezing/humid heat, sub-humid heat areas/areas with freezing rain in winter.
Zhongke Testing and Reliability Experiment Center has the capabilities of environmental testing and reliability performance testing of various building materials, products and components, and provides professional artificial light source irradiation testing services for building materials and components.

Scope of tests

Building materials: cement, steel bars, bricks, ceramic tiles, glass, engineering plastics, composite materials, etc.
Building components: foundation, walls, columns, slabs (floors), stairs, doors, windows, roofs, beams, rafters, etc.

Test method

1. Freezing cycle test:
Condition 1: Low temperature -40℃, box temperature 40℃, blackboard temperature 65℃
Condition 2: Low temperature -20℃, box temperature 60℃, blackboard temperature 85℃
Condition 3: Low temperature -40℃, box temperature 60℃, blackboard temperature 85℃
2. Damp heat test:
1) Loop test:
Condition 1: The temperature inside the box is 40℃, the blackboard temperature is 65℃;
Condition 2: The temperature inside the box is 60℃, the temperature of the blackboard is 85℃
2) Continuous test:
The blackboard temperature is (65±3)℃, the box temperature is (40±3)℃, and the relative humidity is not less than 50%RH.
3. Rain, snow and freezing test:
0 Low temperature -20℃, box temperature 60℃, blackboard temperature 85℃
