Test Background

The main effects of dry heat environment on mechanical products are: insulation failure due to high ambient temperature; thermal protection device electrical appliances may not operate due to high ambient temperature; temperature differences in dry tropical areas are large, and outdoor materials are prone to aging and failure; desert transportation conditions are harsh and packaging is easily damaged, etc.
Therefore, after the mechanical products used in dry tropical areas pass the basic performance test, corresponding environmental test items should be selected based on the sensitivity of various products to dry and hot environmental factors, and artificial simulated environmental tests should be conducted on the products. Dry heat environment testing of mechanical products can select different test items based on the impact of environmental factors.

Scope of tests

General purpose mechanical products for use in hot and dry climate zones.
