Test Background

The main effects of cold environments on mechanical products are: metal parts are corroded due to unclean internal air or condensation generated when temperature changes; high humidity in hot and humid areas causes moisture deterioration of oil media; condensation leads to reduced surface insulation and current leakage; lubricating grease, hydraulic and hydraulic media and coolant are agglomerated and hardened, deliquesced, deteriorated, mold grows, excessively oxidized, and cause metal corrosion.
After the mechanical products in hot and humid areas pass the basic performance test, they should pass the relevant artificial simulated environmental test assessment based on the impact of environmental factors on various products. The wet and hot environment test of mechanical products can select different test items according to the influence of environmental factors.
