Test Background

Mechanical environmental testing, also called mechanical environmental testing, is an activity carried out to ensure that products maintain functional reliability under expected use, transportation, and circulation environmental conditions during the specified life span. The characteristics of the infrared detector mechanical environment test are that the force action is the prominent feature, and it assesses and evaluates the functional reliability and structural integrity of the product under the action of force.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various infrared detectors, and provides professional sine vibration testing, broadband random vibration testing, impact testing, collision testing, and other mechanical environmental testing services for infrared detector products.

Trial objective

1. Determine the adaptability of the infrared detector to sinusoidal vibrations that may be suffered during transportation and use and evaluate the structural integrity.
2. Determine the adaptability of the infrared detector to withstand random vibration environmental stress and evaluate the structural integrity.
3. Determine the adaptability of the infrared detector to withstand non-repetitive mechanical impacts during use and/or evaluate its structural integrity.
4. Determine the adaptability of the detector to withstand repeated mechanical collisions during use and transportation and evaluate its structural integrity.
5. Determine the adaptability of the infrared detector to withstand constant acceleration environmental stress and evaluate its structural integrity.
6. Determine the ability of the terminal, the connection between the terminal and the test sample body, and its overall installation to withstand the torque that may be encountered during assembly or repair.

Test Items
