Infrared detector environmental test

Infrared detector environmental test-Reliability Testing-

Test Background

Infrared detector is a device that converts incident infrared radiation signals into electrical signal output. Infrared radiation is electromagnetic waves with wavelengths between visible light and microwaves and is imperceptible to the human eye. To detect the existence of this radiation and measure its intensity, it must be converted into other physical quantities that can be detected and measured. Infrared detector environmental testing can observe the adaptability and tolerance of products under various environmental conditions, eliminate early failures and improve product quality, and provide verification data and effective information for failure analysis.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various infrared detectors, and provides professional environmental testing services such as low-temperature storage testing, temperature change testing, and low-pressure testing for infrared detector products.

Test Items

Climatic environment test: low temperature storage test, low temperature working performance test, high temperature storage test, high temperature working performance test, constant damp and heat test, alternating damp and heat test, temperature change test, low air pressure test
Mechanical environment test: sinusoidal vibration test, broadband random vibration test, impact test, collision test, constant acceleration test, lead-out and overall installation strength test
Other tests: sealing test, irradiation test, mold growth test, salt spray test

Test method

1. Preprocessing (if necessary)
Pretreatment is carried out to eliminate the influence of the test sample before starting the test.
2. Initial detection (if necessary)
Before environmental testing, the test samples are subjected to appearance inspection and photoelectric performance testing in accordance with relevant specifications under specified atmospheric conditions.
3. Conditional test
Subject the test sample to specified environmental conditions to determine the effects on the sample.
4. Intermediate detection
When samples are required to work during conditional testing, testing should be performed while the samples are being tested.
5. Restore (if necessary)
After the condition test and before the final test, recovery should be carried out according to the specified time and conditions.
6. Finally detect
0 After the recovery period, visual inspection and photoelectric performance testing shall be carried out in accordance with relevant specifications.
1 7. Failure criterion
2 Qualification standards are stipulated by relevant regulations.
