Nuclear radiation detector mechanical environment test

Nuclear radiation detector mechanical environment test-Reliability Testing-

Test Background

Detector mechanical environment tests include steady-state vibration (sinusoidal), road transportation environment after complete packaging according to transportation requirements, unsteady vibration (including impact), free fall, drop, dumping and static load after complete packaging according to transportation requirements, as well as angular motion and constant acceleration, etc.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various nuclear radiation detectors, and provides professional mechanical environmental testing services such as vibration testing, impact testing, free drop testing, etc. for nuclear radiation detector products.

Trial objective

Vibration test: Determine the detector's adaptability to vibration and evaluate its structural integrity (including studying its dynamic performance characteristics).
Impact test: Determine the detector's adaptability to withstand multiple non-repetitive mechanical impacts during use and evaluate its structural integrity.
Free drop test: Determine the detector's adaptability to withstand drops during use and evaluate its structural integrity.

Scope of tests

Vibration test: Applicable to products that will be subjected to vibrations due to rotation, pulsation and oscillation forces (such as those that may occur on ground vehicles, ships or aircraft) during use, or products that are subject to sinusoidal steady-state vibrations caused by mechanical or seismic phenomena.
Impact test and free drop test: mainly used for non-packaged test samples, and can also be used for test samples that are packaged as part of it.
