Test Background
Detectors are components of nuclear instrument systems that detect and measure nuclear radiation. They can also be independently designed, produced, tested, inspected and sold. The same product is used in a wide range of environments, and there are great differences between different products. In particular, some detectors are extremely sensitive to temperature changes, and some detectors are easily damaged when the environment changes.
When detectors and nuclear instruments work in the same environment, their severity level should be higher than that of nuclear instruments; in particular, the environmental conditions in which detectors are located are usually harsher and more complex, including special use environments such as reactor cores, underground, and underwater, and may have to withstand environmental conditions such as high nuclear radiation, high air pressure, and water pressure.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various nuclear radiation detectors, and provides professional environmental testing services such as low-temperature testing, high-temperature testing, constant humidity and heat testing, vibration testing, and impact testing for detectors.
Sequence of test:
The test items usually included in the detector environmental test and their test sequence are as follows:

6) Packaging and transportation (including road transportation, packaging dropping and packaging quasi-tipping) Test

Test method
Each environmental test of the detector usually includes the following operation process:
a) Preprocessing;
b) Initial detection;
c) Conditional test;
d) Intermediate detection (when needed);
e) Recovery;
f) Final inspection.
