Test Background

The comprehensive test of temperature cycle, sinusoidal vibration and random vibration of optical and photonics instruments provides a relatively economical method to evaluate the probability of instrument damage. In the instrument research and development stage, it helps to optimize the selection of materials, components and components in terms of instrument reliability and maintenance, and early detection of potential hazards after long-term use; it can also be used for production monitoring and testing. For components and complete machine assembly, production-related defects or errors in mechanical, electrical and optical properties can be discovered early, thereby improving production quality; from the test results, the specific durability conditions of the instrument can be inferred to eliminate early failures and aging.

Test method

If a mechanical or other uncontrollable vibration accelerator is used, the acceleration peak value of the temperature cycle and sinusoidal vibration comprehensive test or the acceleration rms mean square value of the temperature cycle and random vibration (broadband) comprehensive test can be set by the pre-test method of the sample or standard sample.
Regardless of which acceleration value is displayed during the test, the set value remains unchanged throughout the test.
The acceleration rms mean square value setting in the temperature cycle and random vibration (narrowband) comprehensive test should be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T 2423.56.
If a controlled vibration accelerator is used in the comprehensive temperature cycle and random vibration (narrowband) test, the relevant provisions of GB/T 2423.56 should be followed.
The use of controlled vibration generators for comprehensive temperature cycle and sinusoidal vibration tests should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 2423.10.
