Test Background
Optical and photonic instruments are widely used in various fields of the national economy and international science and technology. Due to the very complex environmental conditions of their use and transportation, there are influences from various environmental conditions such as physical, chemical, biological, climatic and electrical conditions, which will cause the performance of optical and photonic instruments to change and prevent them from functioning properly.
In view of the above reasons, in order to ensure the quality of optical and photonics instrument products, it is necessary to simulate various complex changes in environmental conditions and conduct tests on optical and photonics instrument products.
The purpose of environmental testing for optical and photonics instruments is to simulate the specimen's ability to withstand harsh climatic, mechanical, biological, electrical (including static electricity) and chemical environments during assembly, storage, transportation and use, and to determine the environmental adaptability of the product.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various optical and photonics instruments, and provides professional environmental testing services such as low-temperature testing, high-temperature testing, damp-heat testing, temperature gradient testing, and temperature mutation testing for optical and photonics instrument products.
Scope of tests
Optics and photonics are a type of instruments that can generate light waves and display images, or receive light waves and analyze and determine their light properties. There are three main categories:
1. Projection optical instrument
Image (large or small) camera, projector, slide projector, projector, etc. on the screen.
2. Vision aid optical instrument
Helps human eyes observe small objects close up or objects far away, such as magnifying glasses, telescopes, microscopes, etc.
3. Spectroscopic instrument
The frequency of light can be measured directly or indirectly, such as spectrometer, spectrograph, interferometer, etc.
