Test Background
With the rapid development of my country's optical equipment component industry, various military and civilian optical components and optical films need to undergo a series of environmental adaptability tests before being put on the market. The purpose of the environmental adaptability test of optical thin film components is to test the adaptability of optical thin film components in high temperature, low temperature, temperature cycles, and constant hot and humid environments.
Zhongke Inspection Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various optical thin film components, and provides professional environmental adaptability testing services such as high temperature testing, low temperature testing, temperature cycle testing, and constant humidity and heat testing for optical thin film component products.
Scope of tests
Environmental testing of all components and substrates coated with optical functional films except ophthalmic optics (glasses).
Type of test
Single test: high temperature test, low temperature test, temperature cycle test, constant damp heat test, alternating damp heat test, salt spray test, immersion and boiling test, immersion test in cleaning agent, friction test, adhesion test
Comprehensive testing: Comprehensive testing is encouraged because it produces effects similar to actual environmental impacts compared to a series of individual tests.
