Test Background
Analytical instrument environmental testing is the choice of instrument environmental testing required for all analytical instruments (hereinafter referred to as instruments) in the process of research, development, design, manufacturing, and sales to ensure product quality and formulate product standards.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various analytical instruments, and provides professional environmental testing services such as low-temperature testing, high-temperature testing, temperature change testing, constant humidity and heat testing, and alternating humidity and heat testing for analytical instruments.
Scope of tests
Instruments are divided into the following 4 basic groups according to usage conditions and transportation and circulation conditions:
Group I: The ambient temperature and humidity are controlled within specified ranges, usually referring to a controlled environment with air conditioning equipment. This group is suitable for precision instruments.
Group II: only controls the ambient temperature within a specified range, usually referring to an indoor environment with general insulation, heating and ventilation. This group applies to laboratory instruments.
Group III: The ambient temperature and humidity are not controlled, usually referring to an indoor environment without insulation, heating and ventilation. This group applies to industrial process instruments.
Group IV: Harsh environment where the ambient temperature and humidity are not controlled, usually refers to a sheltered or unsheltered outdoor environment. This group is suitable for outdoor use instruments.
