Test Background
The purpose of the temperature change test of aircraft onboard equipment is to determine the functional performance characteristics of the test sample during the change between high and low operating temperature extremes.
The Zhongke Inspection Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various aircraft airborne equipment, and provides professional environmental testing services such as temperature change testing, sand and dust testing, mold testing, and salt spray testing for aircraft airborne equipment.
Scope of tests
Category A: aircraft external or internal equipment, the temperature change rate is not less than 10℃/min.
Category B: Equipment in areas where the internal temperature of the aircraft is not controlled or is partially controlled, and the temperature change rate is not less than 5°C/min.
Category C: Equipment in the temperature control area inside the aircraft, the temperature change rate is not less than 2℃/min.
Category S1: For external or internal equipment of the aircraft, the temperature change rate is greater than 10°C/min and the specific value is known. The specific value of the temperature change rate should be indicated in the qualification form.
Category S2: External or internal equipment of the aircraft, the temperature change rate is greater than 10℃/min but the specific value is unknown.
Test method
Single test test procedure: applicable to Class A, B, C and Class S1 equipment test program
Combined test procedure: Applicable to Class A, B and C equipment tests. The temperature change test (Category A, B and C tests) can be combined with test procedures such as ground low temperature tolerance test and low temperature short-time working test, low temperature working test, ground high temperature tolerance test and high temperature short-time working test, as well as high temperature working test.
