Test Background
Salt spray test is an environmental test that mainly uses artificial simulated salt spray environmental conditions created by salt spray testing equipment to evaluate the corrosion resistance of products or metal materials. The purpose of the salt spray test for electronic and electrical products is to assess the salt spray corrosion resistance of electronic products and initially determine the quality of the product.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various electrical and electronic products, and provides professional salt spray testing services for electrical and electronic products.
Test method
1. Rating and judgment method: According to a certain method, the proportion of the corrosion area to the total area is divided into several levels, and a certain flat sample is used for evaluation.
2. Weighing measurement method: According to the weight change of the sample before and after the corrosion test, calculate the weight lost by corrosion (or weight gain) to evaluate the corrosion resistance quality of a certain metal.
3. The method of judging corrosion morphology is a qualitative judgment method, which judges the sample based on whether the product is corroded after the salt spray corrosion test.
4. Statistical analysis of corrosion data: It is mainly used for corrosion analysis and statistics, and is not used for quality judgment of specific products.
