Temperature change test of electrical and electronic products

Temperature change test is used to determine the impact of one or multiple consecutive temperature changes on the test sample. The temperature change test of electronic and electrical products is used to determine the ability of components, equipment or other products to withstand rapid changes in ambient temperature.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various electrical and electronic products, and provides professional temperature change services for electrical and electronic products.

Rapid temperature changes can be expected under the following conditions:
1. When the device is moved from a warm indoor environment to a cold outdoor environment, or vice versa;
2. Installed in external airborne equipment;
3. Under certain transportation and storage conditions;
4. When the equipment is exposed to rain or immersed in cold water and suddenly cools down.

1. Test Na: Rapid temperature change with specified conversion time. The test sample is exposed to air or a suitable inert gas with rapid temperature changes, and is alternately exposed to high and low temperatures.
2. Test Nb: Temperature change with a specified change rate. The test sample is exposed to the air with temperature changes in the test chamber. The test chamber is maintained at the specified temperature value and changes at a controlled rate. During the exposure period, the performance of the test sample can be monitored.
3. Test Nc: two-liquid tank method for rapid temperature change. The test sample is alternately immersed in two liquid tanks, one tank is filled with low-temperature TA liquid, and the other is filled with high-temperature TB liquid.
