High temperature testing of electrical and electronic products

High temperature testing of electrical and electronic products-Reliability Testing-

Test Background

Under high temperature conditions, the parts and materials used in the product may soften, reduce performance, change characteristics, potential damage, oxidation and other phenomena at high temperatures. High-temperature testing of electronic and electrical products is to determine the ability of components, equipment or other products to be used, transported or stored in low-temperature environments. High temperature tests are divided into high temperature tests (temperature gradient) for heat dissipation samples and high temperature tests (temperature gradient) for non-heat dissipation test samples.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various electrical and electronic products, and provides professional high-temperature testing services for heat dissipation and non-heat dissipation electrical and electronic products.

Test method

1. Test Bb: High temperature test of non-heat dissipation test sample temperature gradient
This test method is used to conduct high-temperature tests on non-heat-dissipating test samples. The test samples are placed under high-temperature conditions for a long enough time to achieve temperature stability.
2. Test B: Heat dissipation test. High temperature test of product temperature gradient. The test sample is not powered during the temperature adjustment period.
This test method is used to conduct high-temperature tests on heat dissipation test samples. The test samples are placed under high-temperature conditions for a long enough time to achieve temperature stability.
3. Test Be: High-temperature test of heat dissipation test sample temperature gradient - the test sample is energized during the entire test process
This test method is used to conduct high-temperature tests on heat dissipation test samples. The test samples are placed under high temperature conditions for a long enough time to achieve temperature stability, and the test samples are required to be powered during the entire test process.
