Low temperature test of electrical and electronic products

The low-temperature test can test the performance changes of the product at a low-limit working environment temperature; test whether the product can be used at low temperatures (such as whether a mobile phone can be started); whether the test product can be charged during testing (such as whether a mobile phone can be used while charging at low temperatures). The purpose of low-temperature testing of electronic and electrical products is to assess or determine the adaptability of electrical and electronic products for storage and/or use under low-temperature environmental conditions.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various electrical and electronic products, and provides professional low-temperature testing services for electrical and electronic products.

1. Test Ab: Low-temperature test of non-heat dissipation test samples with temperature gradient. This test method is used to conduct low-temperature tests of non-heat dissipation test samples. The test samples are placed under low temperature conditions for a long enough time to achieve temperature stability.
2. Test Ad: Low-temperature test of gradual temperature change of the heat dissipation test sample - the test sample is powered on after the temperature begins to stabilize. This test method is used to conduct a low-temperature test of the heat dissipation test sample. The test sample is placed under low temperature conditions for a long enough time to achieve temperature stability.
3. Test Ae: low-temperature test with temperature gradient of the heat dissipation test sample - the test sample is powered on during the entire test process. This test method is used to conduct low-temperature tests on the heat dissipation test sample. The test sample is placed under low temperature conditions for a long enough time to achieve temperature stability, and the test sample is required to be powered on during the entire test process.
