Test Background
The static ozone cracking resistance test of coated fabrics refers to a method for measuring the relative ozone cracking resistance of rubber or plastic coated fabrics when exposed to ozone-containing air without direct sunlight under static strain.

Test Principle
Expose the sample to ozone under specified conditions, and evaluate the effect of ozone on rubber or plastic-coated fabrics by measuring the time for the first crack to appear, or by measuring the exposure time without cracks.
Test method
Adjust the specified ozone concentration, flow rate and test temperature. The stretched and conditioned specimen is then placed into the test chamber and the test conditions are kept stable.
Use a 7x magnifying glass to regularly check the cracks of the sample, and use an appropriate light source to illuminate the sample to inspect the sample.
The magnifying glass can be installed on the window of the box wall, or the sample can be taken out of the test box for short-term inspection. Do not touch or bump the specimen during inspection.
