Test Background
The purpose of the low temperature and low pressure test is to evaluate the ability of security equipment components and equipment to be stored, transported and used under low temperature and low pressure conditions. Constant pressure conditions are generally used to simulate corresponding working conditions. For security equipment that needs to work in low-temperature and low-pressure environments, low-temperature and low-pressure tests are an important means to evaluate their adaptability.
Zhongke Testing Environmental Reliability Experiment Center has a variety of security equipment environmental testing equipment, with low temperature and low pressure testing capabilities, and provides professional low temperature and low pressure testing services for intrusion alarm systems, video surveillance systems, remote receiving and monitoring centers and other equipment.
Trial objective
Tests the suitability of equipment for use in low temperature and low pressure comprehensive environments.
Test method
Put the test sample into the test box, and place the test sample at low temperature for a long enough time to allow the temperature to stabilize. If the test sample is to work during the test, functional testing and/or monitoring must be performed to ensure that the test sample can work normally.
Then, while the temperature is maintained at the specified value, the air pressure in the box is reduced to the value specified in the relevant specifications, and the test is maintained for the specified duration.
