High temperature test of security equipment

High temperature test of security equipment-Reliability Testing-

Test Background

The high temperature test is a test in which the sample is exposed to a high temperature and dry air environment. After the infrared light of security alarm equipment, such as a surveillance camera, is started, heat will be concentrated in the front of the infrared camera during the entire working period (12 hours). If the heat cannot be dissipated evenly, it will definitely affect the normal operation and service life of other components such as the camera.
The Zhongke Testing Environmental Reliability Experiment Center has various environmental testing equipment for security alarm equipment and high-temperature testing capabilities. It provides professional high-temperature testing services for intrusion alarm systems, video surveillance systems, remote receiving and monitoring centers and other equipment.

APPLICATION RANGE

High temperature test (working status): Safety alarm equipment used in any environment requires high temperature testing.
High-temperature test (durability): Only safety and alarm equipment used in general outdoor environments are required to undergo high-temperature tests.

Trial objective

High temperature test (working state): Test the ability of the equipment to operate normally in a short-term high temperature environment that may occur in the expected use environment.
High temperature test (durability): Tests the ability of equipment to resist long-term aging effects.

Test method

High-temperature test in working condition: The test sample is placed under high-temperature conditions for a long enough time to achieve temperature stability, and functional testing and/or monitoring is performed. The heat dissipation test sample produces a self-heating effect by simulating free air conditions.
Durability high temperature test: The test sample is placed in a high temperature environment for a long time to conduct accelerated aging test.

Test standard:

GB/T 15211-2013 Safety and alarm equipment Environmental adaptability requirements and test methods
GB/T 2421.1-2008 Environmental testing of electrical and electronic products Part 1: Overview and guidance
GB/T 2423.2 Environmental testing of electrical and electronic products Part 2: Test methods Test B: High temperature
