Test Background
Environmental simulation testing is a simulation test based on the (extreme) environment that may occur during product transportation and use. Try to find most problems during the product development stage, so that no major problems will occur after the product is launched on the market. The rule of thumb is to refer to actual product user profiles. Environmental simulation tests are more aimed at verifying the design goals of the product, which mainly include transportation environment, storage environment, working environment, etc.
Zhongke Testing Environmental Reliability Experiment Center has various climate environment simulation test equipment, has environmental simulation test capabilities, and provides professional environmental simulation test services for various electrical appliances, communications, optical fiber, LCD, LED, crystal and other products.
Test method
Natural exposure test: Natural environment exposure test refers to a long-term exposure test in a natural environment. It is usually a long-term exposure test under natural outdoor conditions. The test time is generally at least two years.
Artificial simulation test: A test that simulates the climate and mechanical environment of the product during transportation and use through test instruments (temperature and humidity chamber, vibration table, simulated transportation table, etc.).
Field test: The product is inspected and tested under actual usage conditions.
APPLICATION RANGE
High temperature, low temperature, humidity resistance cycle test for electronics, electricians, electrical appliances, communications, optical fibers, LCD, LED, crystals, inductors, PCB, batteries, computers, mobile phones, instruments, vehicles, plastic products, metals, food, chemicals, building materials, etc., medical, aviation and other products.
Type of test
1. Low-pressure (high-altitude) test: Test the performance of the sample in a low-pressure environment and the impact of rapid pressure drop on performance.
2. High temperature test: Test the performance of storage or use in high temperature environment.
3. Low temperature test: Test whether the test piece can be stored, manipulated, controlled and used in a long-term low temperature environment.
4. Thermal shock test: Test the impact of sudden changes in ambient temperature on sample performance.
5. Solar radiation (sunlight) test: Test the impact of solar radiation on the use or open-air storage of samples or related materials.
6. Rain test: The test is suitable for samples that may be exposed to rain during use.
7. Moisture-proof test: Test the sample's adaptability to warm and humid environments.
8. Anti-mildew test: Evaluate the degree of mildew on the sample and the impact of mildew on the performance or use of the sample.
9. Salt spray test: Test the effect of salty and humid atmosphere on the performance of the sample.
10. Sand and dust test: Test the use and storage capabilities of the sample in a sand and dust environment.
11. Water immersion test: Test the ability of the sample to be immersed in water without leaking.

12. Freezing rain test: Test the impact of rain, fog and splashed seawater on the sample's performance after it freezes on the sample.
