Test Background
Since the accelerated aging test of paper products usually needs to be carried out in the laboratory, short-term tests are conducted by simulating harsh environmental conditions, such as high temperature, high humidity, high light, etc., so as to observe the performance changes of the paper and understand its accelerated aging performance. Accelerated aging treatment methods have different requirements according to different temperature and humidity conditions and different environments.
Zhongke Testing Environmental Reliability Experiment Center has various climate environment simulation test equipment and has the capabilities of accelerated aging test, wet heat aging test, dry heat aging test and other capabilities of paper products, and provides professional accelerated aging test services for various paper products.
Type of test
The treatment methods for accelerated aging of paper have different requirements according to different temperature and humidity conditions and different environments.
Currently, according to the existing international reference standards, the main accelerated aging test conditions for paper products are:
Moist heat treatment at 90℃ and 25% relative humidity
Moist heat treatment
at 80℃ and 65% relative humidity
Dry heat treatment at 120°C or 150°C and exposure to elevated temperatures up to 100°C
Treatment of exposure to atmospheric pollution (nitrogen dioxide)
Treatment exposed to light conditions
