Dustproof Testing

As conditions worsen, sandstorms become more and more common, and natural disasters are unavoidable. Cars and electronic and electrical products are often affected by sand and dust conditions. The dust-proof test can artificially simulate natural sand and dust conditions, create ideal and realistic sand and dust test conditions, and provide all-weather test conditions, so as to evaluate the dust-proof performance of products in sand and dust environments in the use, storage, and transportation in the short term.
Zhongke Testing Environmental Reliability Experiment Center has various climate environment simulation test equipment, has dustproof test capabilities, and provides professional dustproof test services for various types of low-voltage electrical appliances, motors, instruments, meters, electronic products and other products.

1. Various automobile parts such as car lights, instruments, electrical dust boots, steering systems, door locks, etc.
2. Low-voltage electrical appliances, motors, instruments, meters, electronic products, lamps, mobile phones and other electronic and electrical products.

IP1X - Prevent the human body (such as the palm of your hand) from accidentally coming into contact with the internal parts of the appliance, and prevent the entry of large-sized foreign objects (diameter greater than 5mm).
IP2X - Prevents human fingers from coming into contact with internal parts of electrical appliances and prevents the intrusion of medium-sized foreign objects (diameter greater than 12.5mm).
IP3X - Prevents tools, wires and similar small foreign objects with a diameter or thickness greater than 2.5mm from intruding and contacting internal parts of the appliance.
IP4X - Prevents tools, wires and similar small foreign objects with a diameter or thickness greater than 1CM from intruding and contacting internal parts of the appliance.
IP5X - can partially prevent dust intrusion (no harmful sediments will be produced). Although it cannot completely prevent dust intrusion, the amount of dust intrusion will not affect the normal operation of the electrical appliance.
IP6X - Completely sealed to prevent the intrusion of foreign objects and dust.
