PAHs (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) are also known as: Polyaromates, Polyaromatic Hydrocarbons. (Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs)) are a class of chemicals formed when coal, oil, gas, wood, garbage or other organic matter are incompletely burned. There are more than 100 different types. They can be extracted and used as plasticizers. Some of them, such as Benzo (a) pyrene (benzopyrene a), are classified as carcinogens, and some are suspected carcinogens. PAHs in the environment mainly come from the incomplete combustion of organic matter, such as coal, oil, gas, tobacco, barbecue, etc. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons usually exist in petroleum products, rubber, plastics, lubricating oils, anti-rust oils, incompletely burned organic compounds, etc. In addition to power tools, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) have been found in many electrical products. PAHs are the earliest carcinogens discovered and studied. Among more than 400 known compounds, about 200 have carcinogenic effects, among which benzo[a]pyrene is the most common carcinogen.
