Elemental analysis is a method of chemical analysis. Used to study the elemental composition of organic compounds. There are two types of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Qualitative elemental analysis is to identify which elements are contained in organic matter; quantitative elemental analysis is to determine the content of these elements in organic matter.

elemental analyzer uses high-temperature combustion thermal conductivity analysis method to quickly determine the content of carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, sulfur and oxygen in samples. The elemental analyzer used by our company is manufactured by the German elementar company, and the model is vario MACRO cube. The instrument adopts a unique adsorption-desorption principle and performs quantification through a TCD detector. Equipped with multiple detection methods and modes, it can accurately quantify elements in samples. It has the advantages of small detection sample volume, low element detection limit, and accurate quantification.

is based on the design principle of the elemental analyzer. It is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, agriculture, materials, environmental protection, coal, petrochemical and other industries. It is suitable for the determination of elements in soil, coal, food, biomass, solid waste and other samples.
With the analysis results of the elemental analyzer, we can test samples of single components or compounds, determine the composition ratio of each element, and obtain the chemical formula of the compound. Combining experimental results from multiple analysis methods such as infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry, through data collection and empirical analysis, the composition of the sample is finally analyzed in an all-round way.
