Polybrominated Diphenyl Ether Detection

Polybrominated Diphenyl Ether Detection-Chemical Testing-

Polybrominated Diphenyl Ether DetectionProject Overview

Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDES) are a class of global organic pollutants widely present in the environment. Due to their environmental persistence, long-distance transmission, bioaccumulability, and toxic effects on organisms and human bodies, research on their environmental issues has become a hot topic in current environmental science. In May 2009, the United Nations Environment Program officially listed tetrabromodiphenyl ether, pentabromodiphenyl ether, hexabromodiphenyl ether and heptabromodiphenyl ether in the Stockholm Convention.

There are many reasons for the introduction of polybrominated diphenyl ether pollution in the air, mainly industrial emissions, emissions from household appliances, and electronic waste dismantling (especially disorderly incineration), which will release large amounts of polybrominated diphenyl ethers into the air.

Zhongke Testing carries out polybrominated diphenyl ether testing on various materials to help Chinese companies successfully pass compliance tests.

Polybrominated diphenyl ethersTEST PRINCIPLE

The

sample was extracted with organic reagents, and after being constant to volume, it was quantitatively detected using a high-performance liquid chromatograph (equipped with a UV-visible detector). The retention time was used for qualitative identification and the external standard method was used for quantitative detection.
