Test Background
Abrasion testing is suitable for research and development, compliance testing, quality control and comparative testing. It can provide valuable data for testing different rubber materials and can help predict the life of rubber tire products. The automobile tire wear test measures the road wear performance of automobile tires.

Scope of tests
is suitable for wear comparison of car pneumatic tires, light truck pneumatic tires, truck pneumatic tires and their retreaded tires.
Test method
1. Tire durability and wear measurement: The tires are first run-in for 1,300 km. When the running-in period is reached, measure the remaining tread depth, conduct a wear test immediately, and measure the remaining tread depth every 5,200 km. The tested tires are measured after cooling to ambient temperature, and the measured values shall not be taken on the tread wear mark.
2. Comparative tire selection New tires and retreaded tires should be tested separately. The new tire test should be equipped with new light truck tires as comparison tires, while the retreaded tires should be equipped with retreaded light truck tires as comparison tires.
