Test Background
The tire impact test machine simulates the damage caused by the instantaneous impact of external force on the tire. By dropping different forms of impact hammers at different heights, simulating the damage to the tires under different obstacles and different vehicle speeds, it can test whether the tires meet the requirements of different road conditions and determine whether there are design and manufacturing defects in the tires.

Scope of tests
Passenger car tires and light truck tires.
Test method
Install the wheel vehicle on the test device and move the fastening device or swing bar laterally to center the impact hammer with the rim flange. With the swing bar hanging freely and the hammer parallel to the wheel axle, move the tire wheel fastening device back and forth so that the top of the hammer just touches the wheel flange.
Secure the wheel fastening device to the machine base with bolts, lock it with appropriate limit blocks, and remove the wheel vehicle from the test device.
