Test Background
Tires are in direct contact with the road and are prone to wear, especially agricultural tires. The driving conditions are complex, which can cause damage to the tires at any time. The service life of the tires has an important relationship with the operating quality, management efficiency and stability of agricultural machinery. Agricultural tire durability testing determines whether a product can be used for an extended period of time without failure or has a long service life.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the capability of reliability testing of various tires and provides professional durability testing services for agricultural tires.
Scope of tests
agricultural tires are mainly used on tractors, combined harvesters and agricultural machinery and implement vehicles.
They are divided into agricultural tractor drive tires, agricultural tractor guide tires, agricultural machinery tires, forestry machinery tires, paddy tractor drive tires, cultivating tractor drive tires, and gardening tractor tires.
Test method
After the test is carried out according to the specified conditions, if the tire appearance inspection should not show defects such as (tread, sidewall, ply, airtight layer, buffer layer, bead) delamination, ply cracks, cord peeling, cord breakage, chipping, joint splitting, cracking, abnormal carcass deformation and other defects, it will pass the test, otherwise it will fail the test.
