Test Background
The tire water pressure test is to slowly pressurize the tire at a specific air pressure. The air leakage of the aluminum wheel hub is checked by visually observing the bubbles in the water when the aluminum wheel hub is leaking. During the test, no air leakage is allowed in any part of the wheel.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the capability of reliability testing of various tires, and provides professional hydraulic testing services for passenger tires, truck tires, agricultural tires, etc.
Scope of tests
is suitable for hydrostatic testing of passenger car tires, truck tires, agricultural tires, engineering machinery tires, and industrial vehicle tires.
Test method
1. Inject water into the tire through a booster water pump until the water pressure in the tire reaches the test specified pressure value or until the tire is damaged.
2. When the test pressure does not reach three times the pressure corresponding to the maximum load of the tire due to a test failure, the test is allowed to be repeated with the original sample (the repeated test shall not exceed two times), otherwise another sample should be taken and retested.
