Test Background
The tire itself is a poor conductor of heat and is not easy to dissipate heat, easily causing thermal oxygen aging of the rubber. Therefore, the heat resistance and fatigue resistance of the tire are important factors in determining the service life of the tire. The durability test (drum method) is an internationally recognized important means of assessing the heat resistance and fatigue resistance of tires.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the capability of reliability testing of various tires and provides professional durability testing services for motorcycle tires.
Scope of tests
New motorcycle pneumatic tires. Pneumatic tires can be divided into tubeless tires and tubeless tires. Motorcycle tires generally use pneumatic tires, which are mainly composed of inner tubes, pads, and outer tires.
Test method
Use 3 or 4 tires with the same characteristics (such as specification mark, maximum load capacity and speed level) as test samples for strength performance test, durability performance test, high-speed performance test, and centrifugal expansion test if necessary.
Each test sample shall comply with the specified test method requirements respectively.
Test standard:
GB/T 13203-2021 Motorcycle tire performance test method
ISO 10231-2003 Motorcycle tires Test methods for testing tire performance
BS ISO 10231-2003 Motorcycle tires Test methods for testing tire performance
