Test Background
Aviation tire inner tube physical test can measure the physical properties of various types of aviation tire inner tubes such as tensile strength, aging, tearing, hardness, brittleness temperature, and adhesion between valves and rubber pads.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the capability of reliability testing of various tires and provides professional durability testing services for aviation tires.
Scope of tests
Aircraft tires are classified in many ways, including: type, ply level, with or without tubes, and bias or radial tires. There are also ways to identify tires based on their size.
Test method
1. Tensile property test The tensile property test of the inner tube rubber includes the measurement of the tensile strength of the tire body rubber, 500% elongation stress, elongation at break, permanent deformation at break and the tensile strength of the joint rubber.
