Test Background
Aircraft tires can be tubed or tubeless. They support the weight of the aircraft on the ground while producing the necessary traction for braking and stopping the aircraft. The tires also help absorb shock during landing and cushion the effects of ground roughness during takeoff, launch and taxi. The aviation tire durability test can measure the tensile properties, aging properties, hardness and other physical properties of aviation tires.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the capability of reliability testing of various tires, and provides professional physical performance testing services such as tensile testing, aging testing, hardness testing, etc. for aviation tires.
Scope of tests
Aircraft tires are classified in many ways, including: type, ply level, with or without tubes, and bias or radial tires. There are also ways to identify tires based on their size.
