Test Background
Tires are the driving part of an electric bicycle. The motor generates power and drives the rear wheel to rotate at a certain speed, making the electric bicycle move forward. The front wheel cooperates with the control system to control the driving direction of the electric bicycle. The electric bicycle tire performance test can determine the strength performance, durability performance and decoupling water pressure performance of electric bicycle tires.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the capability of reliability testing of various tires and provides professional performance testing services for electric bicycle tires.
Scope of tests
is suitable for electric bicycle pneumatic tires and their inner tubes, not suitable for non-pneumatic tires.
Test method
1. Strength test: When the damage energy of the test tire is greater than or equal to the specified minimum damage energy value, it is judged to have "passed the test"; when the damage energy of the test tire is lower than the specified minimum damage value, it is judged to have "failed the test".
2. Durability test: After the test reaches the specified mileage, if the test tire does not appear to be detached, exploded, separated from the layer, cord breakage, etc., it will be judged to have "passed the test", otherwise it will be judged to have "failed the test".
3. Decoupling hydraulic pressure test After the test, if the test value of the test tire reaches the specified value, it will be judged as "passed the test", otherwise it will be judged as "failed the test".
