Test Background

is suitable for plastic buckles used in bags and clothing. It is generally divided into buckle series (also known as side buckle), hook buckle series, rope buckle series, rubber foot series, garment auxiliary material series, hardware buckle series, pull rod series, hang tag series, etc.
Test method
The use of simulated samples is opened and closed at a certain frequency for a specified number of times to test the quality of the plastic buckle.
1) Fix the sample to the sample fixture.
2) Set the frequency (25±2) times/min, and select the following times for testing: 1000 times, 2000 times, 3000 times, or test according to the specified frequency and times.
3) Turn on the testing machine until the test is completed.
4) After leaving it for 1 hour, check whether the sample has any damage such as breakage, deformation, etc., and record the changes after the product test.
