Scratch resistance refers to the ability of a plastic surface to resist scratches, and is evaluated by the change in surface gloss or haze of the material before and after scratches and the amount of abrasive used. The plastic scratch resistance test can use the falling sand method to determine the scratch resistance of the plastic surface, which is suitable for evaluating the scratch resistance of the plastic film, sheet and plate surface.
