Test Background
Coated fabric is a kind of fabric treated with special technology, forming a uniform layer of covering rubber on the surface of the fabric to achieve waterproof, windproof and other functions. It is widely used in sportswear, down jackets, rainproof parkas, jackets, tents, shoes and socks, curtains, bags, as well as ski shirts, mountaineering clothes, windbreakers, etc. with advanced waterproof and moisture-permeable functions.
Adhesion refers to the adhesion between the coating surfaces of the coated fabric or between the coating surface and the surface of the base fabric, as well as with other material surfaces. The anti-blocking test of coated fabrics determines their anti-blocking properties.

Scope of tests
PA coating, PU coating, anti-velvet coating, PA white glue coating, PU white glue coating, PA silver glue coating, PU silver glue coating, pearlescent coating, flame retardant coating, etc.
Test method
The laminated coated fabric samples are subjected to heating and pressure for a certain period of time, and then the degree of adhesion between the laminated layers is observed when the laminated layers are separated to evaluate the anti-adhesive properties of the coated fabric. Evaluate the anti-blocking properties of each specimen as follows:
1) No adhesion: When the sample is separated, there is no sign of adhesion on the coating surface.
2) Mild adhesion: When the sample is separated, a certain degree of adhesion will occur on the coating surface, but the coating will not be damaged.
3) Adhesion: The coating surface is difficult to separate; the coating or part of the coating is damaged during the separation process.
The most severe adhesion condition among the five contact surfaces of the six specimens is used as the test result.
