Test Background
During the reciprocating flexing process of rubber shoes, under the action of repeated tensile stress, due to deformation due to force and fatigue of the material, cracks and cracks will grow in the soles, the upper surface and the side strips, the upper side and the outsole will become glued, and the side strips will crack. The whole rubber shoe flexure test can determine the flexural performance of the whole rubber shoe.

Scope of tests
Rubber shoes refer to shoes whose soles are made of rubber as the main raw material. The types of rubber shoes can be divided into three categories according to raw materials and functions:
1. Cloth-covered rubber shoes: The upper part is mainly composed of uppers sewn from various textiles, and various accessories such as outsoles are composed of rubber materials.
2. Rubber-faced rubber shoes: The outer layer of the upper part is composed of film. Various accessories such as outsoles are also made of rubber, which is not much different from cloth-covered rubber shoes.
3. Rubber and plastic shoes (chemical shoes): The upper part is mainly composed of synthetic fiber, artificial leather or synthetic leather upper structure, and the outsole has imitation leather sole, resin sole and rubber and plastic sole.
Test method

The whole rubber shoe flexure test uses this principle to fix the whole rubber shoe on a foldable plant or a pressing block, and then install it on a flexural testing machine. Conduct a flexion test at a specified angle and frequency. After reaching the specified number of flexions, measure the length of the crack (opening) in the sole of the rubber shoe and the opening length of the girth strip and the upper surface or the upper surface and the outsole. Observe whether there are cracks in the girth strip and observe the changes in the upper.
